Bio:

The queen of Fireflies, it nests below the ground for most of its life, birthing fireflies and tending to the younger. It possesses great power, and will become aggressive and emerge from the ground when its children are in danger. For an insect, her chitin's durability is quite superior and is more defensive that you think.

All fireflies generate light through burning the oil in their bodies, but the Beaconfly possesses enough oil and energy to produce high amounts of heat, and ignition sacs that allow her to project flames from her mouth and several pores on her abdomen.

Fun Facts:
- Would have named her "Lanternfly", but that already exists. :I

Awesome. This really looks like it could be some kind of mini boss (or a boss, even) in an actual Zelda game!

Haha, considering that this IS a boss in a Zelda-inspired game, that's just about what I was going for. Now all it needs now is a Nintendo boss name, like GIANT FIREFLY, LANTERA

Great design! As opposed to popular belief, the most common element for firefly-based creatures is not fire, but actually electricity! This is a good change of pace. On the other hand, why have you posted so many high-exp monsters? I mean, it would be better to see more of a balance including low-exp mooks for variety.

Thanks! And wow, I didn't know that! Perhaps they take more of a liking to the "lightning bug" name variant.

And yeah, unfortunately, I didn't get the chance to squeeze in many lower-tier monsters in this one. The rest are scattered about a bit, and we'll have some really low-tier ones to hopefully make up for it. Also, the monsters so far were randomized, but I arranged the rest to be more balanced.
