Motty Motty Motty

I'm almost starting to like this lineless style. I would almost consider it for the actual style of HB, but I'm still way too inexperienced with it.

Motte's wings are now always visible.

Motte may be easier to draw than most, but I still have some difficulties getting her anatomy correct - and it's not just her arms.

Motte is a Moth Nitik (Insect Humanoid (formerly known as Lepids)).

"Motte" is German for "Moth", and is based on Mottephobia; the fear of moths.

Motte is extremely short for her age - only standing at 3' 5" high. This is because she hasn't undergone her cocoon stage.

She has an appetite for fabric, so she *enchanted her sweater to prevent her from devouring it. She still nibbles on it from time to time out of compulsion. She'll often knit entire clothes to simply eat them. The only real food she can/will eat is bread.

Her teeth are serrated and move like scissors in order for her to eat fabric.

Her hair and wings are covered in moth dust.

She can barely fly, but uses Wind and Earth magic to give her lift.

Her father and mother are nomadic carpet sellers. She hates the taste of carpets.

(*Enchanted clothing has extremely high durability; enough to at least prevent Motte from chewing through it)
